Corona treatment (Room A.2.19)

  • This laboratory device can be used to analyse the effect of a dielectric barrier discharge (= corona) on flat plastic samples (up to DIN A4).
  • Device: Softal CVE002-L-HA-1MB

Plasma treatment (low pressure) (Room C.-1.09)

  • In a large vacuum chamber, plastic surfaces are gently treated with a kHz discharge in the range of 1 - 2 kW at a pressure below 100 Pa. Two types of gas can be supplied independently of each other.
  • Device: Diener Tetra 140-LF-PC

Painting booth (Room C.-1.07)

  • Paints can be mixed, tested for viscosity and sprayed on using a semi-automatic paint sprayer. A heating cabinet is available for drying. Adhesion can be analysed using cross-cut equipment.

Tampon print (Room C.-1.08)

  • Device for small series printing with manual parts feed. Vertical print stroke only. Single-colour printing with closed colour generator system. Maximum print image size Ø 75 mm
  • Device: Morlock MTM 100

Room

  • A.2.19 / C.-1.07 / C.-1.08 / C.-1.09
